West Malaysia

Within 90 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your MATTPro Products, let us know and we’ll arrange for your Products to be picked up, you get a full refund. The return pick up is free in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, we’ll get you to ship the product back to our nearest return warehouse.

Refunds

Within 5-7 business days of receipt of the Products at one of our warehouses or associated charities, Your total payment for your Products to MATTPro will be refunded to You via the method of payment made during checkout.

Limitations

90 nights trial period: Within 90 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your MATTPro mattress, let us know by sending an email to [email protected] and we’ll arrange for your mattress to be picked up from your residence. Only paying customers are eligible for returns of MATTPro Products. Proof of purchase is required to be presented upon return request. Please note that by making a purchase you are also bound to the following conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, you must be a MATTPro customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days. It takes 3-4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, as such, we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 days before making a return request.
    If the mattress was not purchased from Sites., it is not eligible for a return or a refund.
  • To make a return request, send an email with your order number and reason for returning to [email protected]
  • To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for you to be available for the scheduled pickup time.

If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your return request after the 90 nights trial period, you are no longer eligible for a return.

The 90-night trial is limited to one per household and cannot be used to exchange a mattress for another size. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size, type, want to change the size, upgrade or downgrade your mattress.
If at least one of a particular product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trial periods on subsequent orders of that particular product . This applies to all new orders from the same customer. Customers may be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or by any other means.

If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the mattress for reasons other than because you’re genuinely dissatisfied with the product we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, not give you a refund and reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to you in the future.

If the mattress has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted a return or refund. The returned mattress must be in good condition, even though it will not be resold.

The mattress must be wrapped up securely using its original plastic (or any other plastic that can serve the same purpose) in order to avoid the product from getting dirty or damaged during transportation. Failing this, MATTPro will charge RM300 as a compensation fee (for cleaning and repairs purposes) which will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.

Pick up address must be the same as delivery address and return is only valid in territories where MATTPro sells and ships.

If you are not at home at the moment that the pick-up is scheduled and our third party courier has to reschedule another visit, we will charge RM180 as a compensation fee which will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.

If you pre-order a product due to an out-of-stock at the moment of the purchase, the 90 days count will start from shipping date

Communication

When you our website or you send an email to MATTPro, you are communicating with us electronically and therefore consent to receiving communications from us electronically. MATTPro will be communicating with you by email or by posting notices on the website and/or social media channels and/or text messages/WhatsApp. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication that MATTPro provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

 If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation

(1) to maintain any comments in confidence;

(2) to pay compensation for any comments; or

(3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.

You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
